Monday 9:45-10:45 Beginner You just need to bring your own mat and waterbottle.

My Pilates Classes build the core strength and increase your flexibility. I have people with me as long as I have been teaching the past 20 years. Come try a class and feel how you are embraced by my clients as well as myself :)

I do not want to let anymore time go by without celebrating another special long time student of Pilates ❣️We had a special person turn 90 two September’s ago as a Super Senior on WCAX, and this year another wonderful super senior turned 90! Different dynamics prevented us having it at the studio, but I want to wish Roberta ‘Bobbye’ Thurston, along with all of us at Pilates by Heidi, a very special Birthday. Ps… Bobbye started with me 21 years ago! 😉🫶💪🏻🫶💜

Celebrating 21 years of teaching Pilates today❣️🎉 I want to thank all those that have passed through my classes over the years, and all my family and friends that have been supportive over the years! A special thank you to my friend, who was my manager at the Old Mill at the time, Bonnie, for sending me to get certified to teach after knowing I was doing it on my own for 2 years.

Teaching dance at my studio, Dance Images by Heidi, for many years was wonderful, and I have also enjoy teaching Pilates for this other part of my life❣️ So many wonderful people, memories and strong bodies 💪🏻 Much love, cheers and hugs to all those that keep cheering me on!! Hope everyone continues to Breathe and Be Strong in the New Year❣️

When your long time Pilates client shows up with new fun ball holders, made out of wine corks and spray paints them purple, so they don’t roll across the floor, it certainly brings some happiness to not only the class, but for the teacher that needed a fun pick me up this week. What a fun Valentine’s week at Pilates classes!
Classes were created with all the movements and exercises that people picked, that they LOVE doing, as well as a treat of Ghirardelli chocolate, and beautiful handmade felted hearts for each person during the week, made by Cindy Robbins💜❤️.
