Yesterday my mini-yogi attended her 25th class of 2026, and of course we had to document her earning her ORANGE sticker with our special friend (and YogaDance instructor) Carolina! I’m forever grateful that I can share the joy of movement, the celebration of individuality, and the experience of women supporting women with my daughter at our studio. Thank you ALL for making this space so welcoming, so inclusive, and so fun! THIS IS YOGA!! May we all dance through this life with as much heart as these two yogi-dancers every Wednesday afternoon!! Congratulations Emme!!

We might be nearly halfway through the year, but our yoga challenge continues! Haven’t started yet? Begin now! Took a break? Come back and start again! It’s free, and anyone can participate! This is not a competition, but instead, a fun way to encourage ourselves and each other to keep showing up and getting on our mats! AND to collect a rainbow of R2R stickers for your water bottle, your computer, or wherever else you want to show your yoga pride! Now let’s earn our stickers - TOGETHER!!!

Summer is HERE, friends & yogis, and we want to make sure we all stay connected as we head in different directions these next few months!! While we’ve had so much fun with these past few years, we’ve been thinking our summer “challenge” needs a little refresh…

Then we just happened to receive these 2 “proof of life” pics from our friends Oren in Israel and Gregg in Minnesota, both staying dedicated to their practice and getting on their mats away from home, and our new hashtag for the summer revealed itself to us! Whether you’re hanging at home with your kiddos or traveling around the world, share your pics of you practicing your yoga wherever you are with (don’t forget to tag the studio!), and let’s stay in union (in YOGA) all summer long!!!

We’ll take workout details or mat shots, but we’d of course prefer to see YOU!!!

Don’t be deceived by this sweet yogi’s gentle demeanor, because she will absolutely bring her POWER, and help you discover the power in you!!

Can’t make it tomorrow? No worries! Carla will be with us on Monday mornings for the next 4️⃣ weeks, and you can always catch her every Wednesday morning at 6am! Let’s kick off our week on our mats TOGETHER - see you tomorrow!!

REAL friends invite you to YOGA - especially on your birthday!! So glad our friend Melanie was up for an early morning yoga class so Sh’Vawn and I could cover her with sweaty hugs on her birthday!! Members, don’t forget that you receive a monthly guest pass as one of your membership perks, so you can invite your friends to yoga too!! There’s no bond like a “we almost died at hot yoga together” bond!

Thanks for an AMAZING class this morning, Brittany! If you haven’t taken Brittany’s class, you’re missing out - catch one for yourself next Wednesday at noon and/or Friday at 8am, before she leaves us to visit family later this month!!
