Have you ever found yourself missing your Monday workout and thinking to yourself, "I will workout on Tuesday?" Then Tuesday doesn't happen, Wednesday doesn't happen and before you know it, a week went by without a single workout.

We've ALL been there.

I find that when I miss a week, I can tell a difference in my body.

Or if I drop down in the # of days per week that I workout, I notice a difference.

As soon as I get back on track, body fat decreases, I feel more energetic, and my mood is lifted.

Maybe you've noticed the same thing for yourself.

As summer approaches, how would you like to get back on track with your workouts?

Sometimes all it takes is a month's worth of workout sessions with a personal trainer, like myself, to get consistency in your workouts.

The momentum can carry so that you find yourself in the HABIT of going to the gym at a specific time.

How can I help you in June to get momentum happening going forward?

Myth: You need to spend time at the gym getting in shape before hiring a trainer.

Fact: Training without a trainer or prior workout knowledge is a good way to learn improper form and worse yet get injured. One of the best things you can do is train with a trainer from day one and learn good form and technique. This prevents you from developing bad training habits. Bad habits are hard to break. If you learn the right way the first time, you do not have to unlearn a bad habit.

Did you know that 60-80% of your immune system is located in your gut? One of the most important things to remember to staying healthy is eating healthy. A few things to remember:

1. Chicken, Fish, and Turkey are fast metabolizing meats and easier to digest than beef.

2. Juicing with Ginger Root will benefit your stomach.

3. Eating small healthy portions throughout your day is more healthy than skipping meals and eating one large meal.
