The BOX 219 GYM crew attended the DEKA MILE + DEKA STRONG event this past Sunday at and CRUSHED IT! Amazing event that we cannot wait to do again! We are HOSTING our first DEKA EVENT Saturday August 8th and could not be more excited! Tickets are already for sale on Spartan.com. Limited spots available. Get one now!!
