Born during the worst Winter storm & was stuck to the ground when I found him. Tubed some colostrum, bottled for 3 days, & once he got enough strength, he & his wonderful Momma followed me to the barn (over a mile). Mommas & I bonded over her sweet babe. Once I finally got HIM to take her, they got turned back out 2weeks later.
He still comes running to me in the field. He’ll get weaned next month & I know will get even more scratches than he does now. My sweet babe will always have a special place in my heart & the farm!
Blizzard was his name but being the year of ‘P’, his name changed to Pizzard, AKA ‘The PIZZ’.
