More light, more energy, more ease.
This is the season your body wants to move, explore, and reset.

If you’ve been living in the quiet storm of high-functioning anxiety, now is the moment to shift—gently.

Here are 6 nervous system-friendly ways to build resilience this spring:
☀️ Morning sunlight – Step outside within 30 minutes of waking. Light resets your sleep, energy, and mood.
🌳 Joyful, outdoor movement – Walk, dance, hike, stretch. Let nature move stress through your body.
💛 One nourishing yes a week – Choose connection, creativity, or play. Let joy be part of your healing.
🚫 One protective no a week – Set a boundary. Say no to something that drains you—without guilt.
🧹 Declutter your nervous system – Drop one “should” that no longer belongs to you.
🌼 Micro-moments of calm – Breathe deeply. Walk barefoot. Sit in the sun. Tiny rituals, big impact.

This spring, I’m walking this path with you:
☀️ Breakfast on my back deck whenever I can
🌳 3 walks a week (scheduled in my calendar)

Celebrating 4 Years of Gaelle Chapon Coaching 🎉🎈

On April 1st, 2021, I took a leap of faith and created my coaching practice—driven by a deep desire to help people live in alignment with their True Self… with peace, joy, and purpose.

I didn’t have a clear plan. But for the first time in my professional life, I felt no anxiety—just excitement and hope.

After years of “success” powered by high-functioning anxiety—perfectionism, fear of failing, fear of disappointing—this was a new beginning. A life led by purpose, not pressure.

Yes, the path brought doubts and challenges. But one thing has remained clear:

I am exactly where I’m meant to be.

The past two months have drained me emotionally and mentally: the loss of my mom, my dad’s declining health, moving him to a nursing home, alone, being away from my home for 6 weeks, and all the things to handle (the cremation, moving my dad, the never ending administrative stuff)

I can feel it in my body. New gray hair, deeper wrinkles, new invisible cracks.

It has also showed me how strong, resilient and loved I am. I feel so blessed with the people in my life.

It has given me a stronger desire to honor what is really important to me:
Prioritize the people I love
Prioritize my wellbeing
Be fully present to all the little joys
Trust my intuition

I believe our real wealth is found in the relationships we nurture.
With ourselves.
With the people who love, respect, and trust us—and whom we love, respect, and trust in return.

So my invitation to you:

Cultivate self-compassion and Self-awareness

Grow your self-trust and listen to your intuition—it will lead you where your light shines brightest.

Surround yourself with people who truly love and respect you.

Choose kindness and compassion, always

Ask for the help and support you need. It’s a strength.

✨ My holidays gift: my most powerful shift in my mindset ✨

What if I told you this:
Your self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors—overachieving, people-pleasing, perfectionism—are all trying to protect you.

Maybe you:
💡 Became hyper-vigilant to survive a chaotic childhood.
💡 Overachieved to gain love and approval.
💡 Learned to neglect yourself because pleasing others felt like your worth.

These strategies may have helped you as a child, but as an adult, they might now be holding you back. And that’s okay.

Here’s what changed everything for me:
There’s always a good intention behind these self-sabotaging behaviors.

Instead of fighting them, I’ve learned to approach these parts of myself with compassion. And when I do, I create space to understand their purpose and work with them to create healthier patterns.

✨ Transformation starts with self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love.
