Had a great day at Naga. Only had one competitor there, and he did great. He won the first match by submission and the second by points. He controlled pretty much the whole match in each match. For his first tournament, he held his own and ended each match with class and respect. Very proud of our practitioner. Great job Nick Stephens

Wednesday's advanced belt youth class was highly productive, with all participants acquiring valuable techniques. The adults also had a great open roll. I love being a coach, and I enjoy collaborating with exceptional individuals as they progress in their journey. Keep it up, everyone!

My youth class was great. The upper belts helped lower belts with basics, and they did great, like youth instructors. My adult class worked half-guard techniques and a couple of cool submissions, and both classes finished with some great rolls.
