I moved to Inver Grove Heights in 1982 to attend Brown Institute. I needed a part time job to make it through school. Fortunately Jerry gave me a job working on Ski-doo’s, Cub Cadets and Lawnboys. I built 2 of my Watercross sleds in their shop. I have been so blessed to know Jerry and Barb for so many reasons.

Congrats to Jerry and Barb Danner on being this year’s Inver Grove Heights Days Parade Grand Marshals! Longtime local business owners (since 1964!) you won’t find two nicer or more community-minded people.

Thank you to Jerry and Barb for all that they, their family and their business have done for the community over the last six decades!

Last week we stopped by the Snowmobile Hall of Fame. It was fun to see my old race sled. It’s already been 25 years since my last Watercross. A lot of snowmobile racing history in this place.
