Hi Western Ammo Customers,

Yes things have not been normal since Covid. Yes we are just a small family company ran by my husband and myself. I'm trying my best to communicate with everyone about their orders. There are thousands of text and emails coming in weekly. I'm so sorry if you feel ignored, not important, looked over. That is not my intentions or how we have ever ran our business in the past before Covid. All we are trying to do is get ammo to customers and keep our business alive like anyone else. Please know majority of our customers are so nice, patient, and understanding with me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
