Session Schedule General Information...
3:30-4:00 OPS (Optimum Performance Training Series) ++
4:00-4:45 Kids 7 and up (Enterprise Karate Program)
4:45--5:15 Tigers 4-6 (Enterprise Karate Program)
* Enterprise Karate – Only $100
* Starts Wednesday January 8th, 2025
* 8 Weeks of Martial Arts Training
* Building New Habits with Structure & Discipline
* Rank Advancement & Graduation

* All Classes are on Wednesday at the Sport Court…
++ OPS - Jee Pahng Ee (cane) Special Weapons Training (additional fee - code by request)
This session will be split into two parts with a break at mid-session for special workouts, seminars, catch students up, or makeup class.
Weeks 1-4 will introduce new material and concepts to our students to build a strong foundation in Martial Arts.
Mid-Session will allow for a special workout or seminar, that is extra training from our 8 weeks. It may also allow for a make-up class in the case of bad weather etc..
Weeks 5-8 will reinforce and build on our earlier material and concepts, so our Martial Arts students are ready for graduation/testing.
