Thursday is "outdoor bootcamp" at Fitness Dorm. Here's part of our workout-give it a try! No eqipment needed
(We were at Hansen Stadium with stairs)
Warm-up- walk around track 1 or 2 times. then begin workout
1 -Lap around around track
5 -Stairs -run bleachers up to the top and down 5 sets
10 pushups (either on the ground or place hands on first step and do pushups
15 tricep dips (use first step of the bleachers)
20 step ups (lead with right foot 10x then left-R up L up R down L down)
25 squats ( try to touch the step with your butt as you squat)
repeat 5x We time how long it takes to complete and try to improve each time
Cool down and stretch. I love this type of workout because your heart rate stays up the entire time as you're toning and strengthening! Have Fun!!!
