Stressed out or midly depressed? Check this quick read about neurological responses and how exercise can help. Times have been rough with all the chaos floating around latley and I know in some cases, it has put a damper on our overall performance. Exercise has been shown to help, if done properly and could be solution to the mild blues. I've told clients and heard from others that "Sometimes exercise is more about therapy then lifting" something to think about for sure 😀

Meal prep post and why it can be important. For the cost of Sunday dinner that would feed a normal size family could outweigh the the possibility of last minute meal purchases. Something that would cost you more in the long run. Think about it... this meals plus another one only cost $33.00 ish. Now think about how much it would cost if you were to eat out once a day just because you had nothing o. Hand and get hungry.. should be s no brainer right? Today let's learn an exercise! This article talks about the goblet squat and I am a huge fan of it because of how it can be a novice transition to the ever so dreaded back squat that people tend to fear. The goblet squat will help you grow comfortable in the movement patterns that will progress to a strong foundation in your lower movement patterns and strength throughout the glutes as it is mentioned in the article. As much as I love prescribing exercise, the bigger elephant in the room boils down to diet that will full round how your overall fitness will play out. Here are few key its to consider when making your everyday diet choice. Im big on making several small changes over time weeding out bad diet habits. Cold turkey quitting things can become rough because we are creatures of habit. By slowly changing over time you will build good habits that will last longer. Here is a little info on what it takes to get the image that you are looking fore. A lot of the time, the battle you have in your desired weight goals is created though how you see yourself..The mind tends to be your biggest enemy in several ways when you are trying to achieve thing.
