The RockPot runs on stored heat, not fuel.

You heat the RockTablet first: about 30 minutes on high on a stovetop, or over an open fire until the stone turns white. That is the only heat the system needs.

From there the stone goes in the bottom of the vessel, your food goes in the inner pot above it, and the lid latches. It cooks for up to 8 hours.

Rockpot isn't trying to replace the cooker plugged in your kitchen. RockPot is built for where that cooker cannot go.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter, for greasing
1/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise

6 oz crab meat (about a can and a half)

Slow-Cooked Mac and Cheese

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup chicken broth (any brand)
2 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons salted butter
4 ounces cream cheese (about half a block)
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
