Tomorrow is our final Qi Gong class until September with Carol. She's off to explore, enjoy retired life, and celebrate her youngest daughter's wedding. When she returns we will offer her classes again. We hope she has safe travels and makes new memories!

Love the flow and balance of Qi Gong? Don't worry, we are actively speaking with someone to fill her shoes while she's away.

This Saturday, June 6 at 10 AM is an exciting first for Feliciana Fitness. We are thrilled to offer both our first Tai Chi/Qi Gong class AND workshop!

The workshop is $10 per person. Space is limited, so claim your spot at www.felicianafitness.com/classes

Every Wednesday from June 10th to July 1st, Qi Gong Flow to Tai Chi class will be offered in this exciting 4 Week Session.
