Just call me “workouts on wheels” ☺️ or as one client said, “workout wherever” 😂 because we’ve had to switch buildings a few times! Tonight we had a fun, quick workout and headed to the clubhouse for dinner + drinks!

Having a/c issues again at the side of the clubhouse that we use, so let’s meet at the cottage. I will grab everyone’s weights and mats. Then if you want to join us for dessert and drinks we will head back to clubhouse and grab a table! LMK who all is coming!
