Season ended tonight — St. Francis 0, Holy Angels 4.
Not the finish we hoped for, but what an amazing season it’s been. 💙 These girls showed what it truly means to play with courage and joy — our team motto this year — every single time they took the field. From the first kickoff to the final whistle tonight, they played with heart, supported one another, and represented St. Francis with pride and class.
This year brought its fair share of change — a new coach leading the way, and for some of these players, their third coach in four years. That’s a lot to adjust to, but this group handled it with so much grace, resilience, and positivity. They bought in, believed in each other, and created something really special together.
A 14-3-3 record doesn’t happen by accident — it’s the result of hard work, commitment, and genuine love for the game and for one another. Whether they were scoring goals, defending with grit, or cheering from the sidelines, every player contributed to the spirit of this team.
So proud of this group — for their effort, their energy, and the way they lifted each other up all season long. 💙⚽️
