Well folks, it's been a great ride, but the show is over. July 4th was a fantastic way to go out with lots of friends, great food, tons of patriotism, and a celebration of the 2nd Amendment. Unfortunately, we POSSIBLY had an errant round find its way over to Albritton hitting an outbuilding. Thank goodness no one was hurt but as this is the third time in 17 years, I'm officially done. Soldier City Shooting Sports is closing its doors for good. Thank you to all that came out to share the camaraderie of the fi****ms enthusiasts that we are. I made a lot of friends and have a bunch of great memories. Thank you all for that. I'll leave the page up as there are some great pics on it, but I won't be posting any more. Cheers Everyone! Happy 250th, America!

The rain has slowed us down a bit, but all is good for tomorrow. If you have a canopy, bring it. It's going to be sunny. I have four up, but they are all being used for "stuff". If you have a few gallon jugs, bring a couple. I will give them a well-earned red, white, and blue send off. Gate opens at 9am, safety brief at 10. See you all tomorrow!

It's been awhile folks and I apologize. Life and homestead projects are making huge demands on my weekends. Retirement is a little over a year away and I don't want to work this hard when it comes or I get old, whichever comes first. Anyway, a little news. We will be having our annual July 4th picnic this year with a special 250 celebration. It will be a free event (the donation jar will be up though) with food, patriotic music, and of course guns. Hoping to get The Armories out their with their toys. Flyer will be up shortly. On another note, for those that remember Philip Kann and all of his toys, they are now available for sale. I'm helping Carla move them and will be looking for reasonable offers. Can't sell anything on FB so it will have to be by email. If interested, send your email through messenger and I'll send a spreadsheet with images and hi/lo prices. Some examples below. Looking forward to seeing everyone for our summer blowout and a 250 celebration of Freedom and the 2nd Amendment. Cheers!

He lives at the Windsor trailer park on a fixed income and is trying to get to get some help with removing some oak tree branches above his home. Probably need some kind of boom or bucket. We're Baaaack! Starting off the shooting season with our Annual Sun, Fun, and Guns Picnic and BOAF Fundraiser. We'll have our rifle and pistol lanes set up. Again, we'll have our Fam Fire Table set up for newbies that want to experience the basics of pistol shooting under the watchful eye of experienced fi****ms instructors. We'll also be raffling off a Stribog SP9A3S. Twenty spots still available for the range so sign up quick. As always, BBQ provided by Meat and Fire. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
