Airbnb Renovation Update 🛠️✨

Today was a big milestone, even while I’m back in Florida. My father-in-law stepped in and graciously helped with some major progress at the property.

Custom windows are officially being installed, replacing the old louvered style. This one change alone has completely transformed the look and feel of the space!

The pool team was on-site working on the deck, moving us one step closer to our vision.

Big delivery day! 🚚 New floors, toilets, and shower glass all arrived safely.

We also met with several landscaping providers to start shaping the outdoor design.

All in all, a super productive day, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything is coming together. Each step makes this property feel more like the dream retreat we’ve been working toward. 🌴✨

New hire Orientation is now officially done and I start my first shift tomorrow 😁. Now that I'm back on my normal schedule, I will be taking new orders for Coated Arms starting March 1.
