CrossFit itself, is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and professional athletes worldwide. Murph. Sweat. Sacrifice. Community. 🇺🇸
Today we honored Navy Lt Michael P Murphy and those who gave everything during our annual Memorial Day Murph alongside an incredible community that showed up strong from start to finish. From the miles, reps, and sweat… to the laughs, food, recovery, and fellowship afterward- this is what it’s all about.
Huge thank you to for keeping everyone fueled with amazing barbecue, everyone who brought sides and desserts to share, for the amazing shirts, and to for helping our athletes recover after the grind.
Grateful for this community and for the heroes we remember today. ❤️🤍💙 ❤️

Join us Memorial Day as we complete the Murph Challenge together! Bring friends and family, ALL fitness levels are welcome. Doors open at 730am, first heat starts tentatively at 815-830am. BBQ and potluck lunch will be available after 10am. Potluck sign up is at the gym, or you can text Marilyn 407-346-4011 (or just bring a treat or side to share! Panoply will provide the protein!)..

Many have asked about being able to complete this workout due to its intensity and difficulty as it was originally designed in honor of US Navy Seal Michael P. Murphy. YES, ANYONE CAN! We have many workout variations available to challenge each individual wherever they are on their fitness journey. Remember our why and help us honor our fallen soldiers this Memorial Day. ..
