From Calgary to Orlando, shoutout to and When I won the soft pack for BoS I would have been content with winning a t-shirt. They went well above my expectations sending a bamboo shirt, hoodie, shorts, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and a belt!!! I’ll be rocking this stuff for a long time to come. Also that bamboo shirt material is incredible!! Blown away, appreciate the BoS and the GGC. I’ll be back in fall!

$450 delivered Leg Extension and Curl! Weight and Appreciate strikes again. Shoutout Central Florida and Marketplace. Previous owner had the cable lined up wrong on one pulley, fixed it in 10 minutes. I’m sure that was reason he got rid of it so cheap, works brand new now. Goodbye plate loaded ext/curl and (4) 35s! Now time to contact see if they can help make that stack look nicer.

🥶Air Conditioned Garage Gym!!🥶 Bought & picked up my own Carrier mini split from a local wholesaler, then paid licensed A/C guy to install. All done in one day, no more Florida humidity to deal with. Most expensive gym purchase to date, but most needed as well for the family. Thanks to for all the help.

Thanks to I’ve completely outfitted my gym in all Hampton rubber grip plates. Process took over 3 years waiting for deals to pop up online. Now have 660lbs of them in the gym. strikes again!

Shoutout been wanting another pair of 55lb Bumper Plates for awhile now but hike in prices on Fleck Plates had be holding off of those. Appreciate having great quality and a sale I couldn’t pass up. $170 shipped to my door in 3 days, can’t beat it.
