Nolan has been back here at Xtreme Fitness-St Clair for months and is a very established wrestler however tonight we did-gun defenses, kenpo, Jkd concepts, Muay Thai, judo, bjj, tai chi, capoeira, stick fighting, wrestling and more. We are gonna be working on getting every wrestler in our area in here as well as anyone that wants to train! Come train with Nolan and the entire group!!!

To celebrate 22yrs in business in September here at Xtreme Fitness-St Clair we will be making some changes. Details coming soon but hopefully ALL for the better we believe!!! AWESOME class tonight-everyone got to pick their own combos and we all worked them as a group! Over 20 in and yes a lot missing but I will say this-IF you want to learn stand up in this area and your NOT here with us at Xtreme Fitness-St Clair you are making a big mistake!!! We have been rebuilding EVERYTHING up this year and it’s ONLY upward still from here!

Tonight ALL teenagers/adults come train REAL stand up-boxing and kickboxing in areas only competition boxing ring! At Xtreme Fitness-St Clair. Tonight 6pm is gonna be techniques and we will be working on ALL of the students favorite techniques they want to go over and/or show! 1st class is FREE and great first class to try out!!!

Great group tonight with new people in. Great conditioning but ALOT of pad work tonight along with some great techniques! New schedule coming soon at Xtreme Fitness-St Clair so get yourself in here you won’t be disappointed!!! Drills tonight on mats, in areas only mma cage and in areas only competition boxing ring!!!
