We got the Lat Pulldown, skier , and lateral raise shoulder ! All ordered and coming! We have to reupholster the blue into black but it’s a great piece !! Can’t wait ! Road trip Friday 🙌🏼

New class changes

New class changes

The Parents Have Spoken! Kids' class time change! Effective Monday, June 22nd, kids class will now be at 06:00 PM! The means classes will be held Monday/Wednesday at 06:00 PM and Tuesday/Thursday at 04:30!

The adult class will be moved to 07:00 PM on Mondays and remains at 06:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Spread the word! I'll be updating the website and this page this afternoon.
