WHY DO WE TRACK PROGRESS?

Because “I feel like I'm getting better” isn't enough.

Development should be something you can see, measure, and understand.

At Champion Craft Coaching, we're not just interested in how an athlete performs today.

WHY DOES YOUR ATHLETE NEED TO BE COACHED?

Because playing the game isn't the same as learning the game.

Your athlete can take hundreds of swings.
Throw hundreds of balls.

But without someone identifying what needs to change, more reps can simply reinforce the same habits.

🔥 DRILL OF THE WEEK: 3-TEE DRILL

This drill uses three tees set at different contact points to challenge the hitter to adjust while maintaining the same core swing mechanics.

The goal isn't just to hit three different balls.

It's to teach the hitter how to control the barrel, adjust to different locations, and stay connected through contact.

What we're developing:

⚾ Adjustability
🎯 Contact-point awareness
💪 Lower-half involvement
🧠 Body control
🔥 Bat speed and intent
📈 Consistency through different pitch locations

The game doesn't give you the same pitch three times.

Great hitters learn to adjust without losing who they are as a hitter.
