St. Charles Wrestling Club TEAM MOTTO: A WAY FOR KIDS TO HAVE FUN, BUILD STRENGTH, AGILITY AND SELF-CONFIDENCE St. The wrestlers will learn wrestling skills in a fun and competitive way.

Charles Wrestling Club, along with the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation (IKWF), offers an exciting program for boys and girls Grades K-8. The St. Charles Wrestling Club has a variety of levels so your child can compete at the level that best needs their needs. We have a Fundamentals Team for wrestlers that are just beginning the sport and will learn the basics of wrestling. This is a non-compet

itive level. Practice is once a week. We have a Club Team for wrestlers that are wanting an introduction to competition and learning more advanced levels of the sport. This group will complete at local level tournaments. We have an Elite Team that is highly competitive and looking to advance their technique. Local and out of tournament opportunities are offered. We have a Lady Saints team for girls of all ages. Registration is offered for each season so be on the lookout for dates! LIKE our page and reach out if you are interested in more information!

Fall Folkstyle Pre-season with new club Coach Cael Rahnavardi. Coach Cael is recent graduate and D1 wrestler at University of Northern Iowa. We are excited to welcome him to the Saints Wrestling family. He is eager to get started this Fall and is available for Private and Group trainings.

🇺🇸 Kids Freestyle & Greco Nationals | Cedar Rapids, Iowa

What a way to close out the Kids Freestyle & Greco season!

We took 8 wrestlers to Kids Nationals, and they represented ISI Wrestling with toughness, heart, and class against some of the best competition in the country.

🏅 5 All-Americans in Greco
🏅 5 All-Americans in Freestyle
🥇 10 All-American medals brought back to Illinois!

This weekend wasn’t just about medals, it was about growth. Our athletes battled through adversity, competed with confidence, and gained invaluable experience on the national stage. Every match, whether it ended in victory or defeat, helped prepare them for what’s next.

A huge congratulations to our All-Americans:

We’re also proud of Dempsey Johnson, Jayden Mesmer, and Gavin Olenek for stepping on the national stage and representing Illinois and ISI. Nationals is never easy, and every opportunity to compete at this level helps build future champions.

Thank you to our families for making the trip, supporting these athletes, and believing in the process. Thank you to our coaching staff for the countless hours invested throughout the season.

Now it’s time to shift our focus to the next challenge as we continue preparing for Fargo and the rest of the summer.🔥🇺🇸
