Thursday, June 18th- Sat, Aug 22nd

What Summer Run Club Includes:

☀️9-Week Training Plan: 5k, 4 miler, 10k, 7 miler, half- marathon, 20 miler or marathon

☀️Stretching with a certified Physical Therapist after our Sunday runs

☀️A complimentary massage w/

☀️ 1 live FOTF class each week

☀️Optional Meal Plans, Recipes and Running Nutrition Tips

☀️Virtual Workout Library

☀️Daily Communication with your running coach and teammates
