“Follow your wild heart” sounds romantic, but when it comes to staying fit and taking care of your body, it’s actually terrible advice.
Your heart = your emotions, and emotions change constantly. One day you’re motivated, the next you’re exhausted. If you only work out or eat well when you “feel” like it, you’ll never stay consistent.
What you need to follow is your disciplined routine. The plan you commit to, regardless of how you “feel.” That’s what keeps you on track.
I know, not exactly the dreamy message you’d expect from a teabag, but it’s the truth. If you want real, lasting results—whether in fitness, wellness, or life—discipline wins every time.
