How long do you like to train? 20 minutes? 45 minutes? An hour? All can be beneficial if you know what you’re training for!

“Progress” and “movement” are two entirely different things. Don’t mistake going to the gym and just giving the “well I walked in the door today” answer. Yes, you did, good job! Now pick something to progress with while you’re in there and train it! You have too much to live for than just to “move” and an hour later you say you “worked out”.
