The Big Outdoors charters is located in Hopedale, Louisiana an area known as "The fishing Capital of the World." The unique combination of saltwater marshes and fresh water estuaries creates a natural breeding and nursery ground for many species of fin-fish and crustaceans; which attr

act thousands of saltwater and fresh water fish. This combination makes Louisiana a true fishing paradise and attracts clients from all over the world. Our common targeted fish are Spotted Sea trout, Redfish, Flounder, and Black Drum. Each one of our Guides are full time experienced guides that have years of knowledge, and are ready to guide you and your friends on a fishing trip of a lifetime.

We have been busy on the bayou! The Weather has been an absolute thorn in our side so far this year, but somehow we are making do with Mother Nature!
