Jakamo-South Fishing Adventures Jakamo South is an outdoor fishing and duck hunting guide service operating 30 miles southeast of the downtown New Orleans French Quarter.

Jakamo South, established in 2007, specializes in year-round inshore fishing and seasonal waterfowl chartered trips. Harbored in Shell Beach, Louisiana, a small fishing village in eastern St. Bernard Parish, we fish the Breton Sound region. This includes Hopedale, Delacroix, Point. a la Hatch, Biloxi Marsh, and the Chandeluer Islands. The coastal marshes of Louisiana are world renowned for their a

bundance of fish species and waterfowl habitat. Our fishing charters target species such as redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and sheepshead, while our hunting trips target waterfowl species such as gadwall, teal, pintail, redheads, canvas back, and an occasional mallard. All skill levels from small children to the seasoned angler are welcome. We can accommodate large corporate groups, team building activities, bachelor parties, a nice family outing, and anything in between. If you would like to come down and truly enjoy life on the bayou, we can arrange overnight accommodations for you at our lodge.
