With retirement in a few days, I have started the process of moving the house into an LLC for short term rentals. I will work with those who have been using the camp to keep the rates they are used to, but will have a new cost structure for newer bookings.

This decision comes from the amount of my personal money it is taking to maintain and make improvements. Registering it as a business provides some tax breaks that I would not receive as an individual.

Is it just me or does this fish make my pe**er look smaller than normal?

Took my mom’s doctor fishing today. We caught a bunch of white trout and a few specs along with this as***le.

Any day on the water is a good day on the water! ❤️

Sure wish my buddy at Lost Tackle Charters - Lake Erie Ohio was down here hooking fish that actually put up a fight. Lol

This past weekend Melissa Eshleman and Wade were down at the camp and sent back some pictures. I swear... I really need to get better about fishing if I'm going to own property down there. LOL Here's a few pics of their trip.
