Teen and Adult Mixed Martial Arts and women's cardio kickboxing. Programs are offered in Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Jiu‐Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Weight Training and Sports Conditioning. Classes are set up to accommodate all ages and skill levels, from every member of the family to accomplished fighters. Do I have to compete? The majority of our students do not compete. Many do our classes for fun and fitness along with the other benefits that come along with training. Competition is never forced but always an option. Many, many people have come in to learn a martial art or lose a few pounds and (to their own surprise) have turned professional competitors. How difficult are the workouts, do I need to be in shape? For the first few sessions the workouts are easy to mid-level intensity just so that we can better assess your fitness level. After that it gets progressively harder, which is when you’ll really start seeing your results. Although we will always push you to your maximum potential, we will make sure the exercises are safe and appropriate for your fitness levels and goals. Rest assured, you will be sweating and working hard no matter what you do!

Wolfpack MMA is officially closed. Thank you to all the students and families I have met along the way. Thank you to ask the friends I have made over the last 4 years.
We started as a traditional tang soo do school and continued to morph into an mma school. We have trained hundreds of students and have lived every moment of it. I thank my right hand man, Dave for always being there ready to work regardless of the injuries. Thomas Manning,thank you for helping lead the adult mma program. You both are my friends and I want to stay that way. I will always be there for either of you.
I thank all the kids and parents and fighters over the past 4 years. Without you, none of it would be possible. But most of all, I think my family for standing by me while I lived my dream of owning a martial arts school.
I have put many years into martial arts. I will always love the martial arts.
Saturday, October 25 will be testing at 9:00 am at the Heritage park field for the kids that are due to belt test. It will be the last time I see some of them but I will miss each and every one of them.
I will resume working full time as an attorney. If anyone ever needs me, please call me.
