We are proud to welcome Erica Crisafulli to Jax Exchange Intensive this Summer!
Erica brings elite-level training and competitive experience to every class.

Erica’s classes are high-energy, detail-oriented, and demanding in the best way. Dancers can expect strong technical corrections, conditioning with purpose, and performance coaching that translates to the stage and competition floor.
She challenges dancers to move with power, control, and confidence - while building strength the right way.

Our Stretch & Conditioning class is designed to build strong, flexible, well-aligned dancers. We combine targeted stretching, core strength work, and conditioning drills to improve turnout, extension, balance, and injury prevention.
