No pull-ups yet? Perfect. This is where you start. 🔥
All you need:
A bar + a little courage.
The Drill:
5 Wide Grip
5 Chin-Ups
5 Standard Grip
5 Chin-Ups
5 Narrow Grip
Beginner?
Start with ONE of each.
Literally just pull. That’s it.
An inch? Cool. Halfway? Even better.
Can’t get your chin to the bar yet? Doesn’t matter.
Show up. Try. Repeat.
Give it a few days… then run it back.
That first pull-up is coming 👀
More advanced?
Week 1: 1 round
Week 2: 2 rounds
Week 3: 3 rounds
Then increase reps (7s 👀)
Then stack rounds again.
It’s not flashy.
It’s not easy.
But it WORKS.
