- One free personal training session (30 minutes)
- Brand new, easy, and FAST recipes
- Daily accountability and encouragement from me, your coach!
And there's no logging into Facebook this time and getting sucked into that hole 🤪 Everything will be delivered straight to your phone via text the night before, so you know exactly what's coming the following day. 💪👯♀️ Recipes will head your way the weekend before, so you can shop and meal prep as needed.
