Walking out of the gym today, I felt strong, energized, and proud of my body… and then I had a powerful reminder:
I am not my body.
I have a body.
My body is an incredible vehicle. It allows me to move, to experience, to show up in this world. And yes, it deserves love, care, and attention.
But it’s not who I am.
So many of us get caught in the illusion that we are our bodies. We compare. We judge. We measure ourselves and others based on appearance.
And the moment we do that… we forget the truth.
We are so much greater than this physical form.
When you truly understand that you are not your body, something shifts.
You stop comparing.
You stop judging.
You start seeing others differently… and yourself differently too.
Your body becomes what it was always meant to be… a tool. A vessel. A way to communicate, connect, and share love with your brothers and sisters.
That’s its purpose.
So yes… take care of your body. I do it every day.
Move it. Nourish it. Respect it.
But don’t confuse it for who you are.
You are powerful.
You are infinite.
You are love.
And that… is so much greater than anything you see in the mirror. ✨
