Tales of Femmes Fatales

It’s that time again! 💀 The students and coaches at Ancient City Aerial Arts are proud to present our new October production – Tales of Femmes Fatales! ✨ Imagine if a whole cast of infamous, dangerous women from history, myth and legend suddenly came to life in the circus. This spooky season, we are bringing you just that! Expect murder, mystique, and magical performances by both students and coaches of ACA. October show tickets sell fast with limited seating — run to our website to secure some for yourself and your friends! You won’t want to miss this one! 💋

Let’s kick off the spooky season with a captivating aerial showcase spotlighting the talented students and instructors of Ancient City Aerial Arts.

Saturday, October 3rd | 12:00pm | $20 | $15 for kids 12 & under

Aerial Conditioning

Daytime Class Added
This multi apparatus class will consist of a variety of drills and exercises on the ground and in the air designed to help you develop strong, stable muscles, increase your endurance, and propel you towards your aerial goals.

Conditioning will be on your apparatus of choice!

Fridays at 11:30am

Please refrain from parking in areas marked with a “No Parking” sign. In the event that there are no available spots, kindly utilize the parking lot at Aldi next door. Thank you!

Back to school is right around the corner, and we’re returning to our regular schedule for Youth Aerial Classes on August 10th. If you’re unsure which class is the best fit for your child, please send us a message or give us a call.

Mondays:
4:30pm - Youth Aerial 1

Thursdays:
4:30pm - Beginner Youth Aerial

Fridays:
9:30am - Homeschool Aerial 1
10:30am - Beginner Homeschool Aerial

Calling All Youth Students!

We are excited to announce the planning of our Spooky Saturday Matinee Showcase, and we would love for you to participate!

Show Date & Time: Saturday, October 3rd at 1:00pm

If you are current student and interested in performing, please send us an email at [email protected] by August 4th.

Rehearsal Schedule
- Saturdays: 11:30 AM
- Wednesdays: 4:30 PM
(Please note that rehearsals will not take place during regular class hours.)

There will be a $50 performance fee to help cover rehearsal and production costs. Participants can choose to perform a solo, duet, or trio, and they are welcome to select their own song, theme, and apparatus. We will assist with the choreography.

Open Air

Cirque des Morts '26

It's that time again as we start planning our next show for October. This year’s theme for Cirque des Morts will be “Femme Fatales.” We want a show filled with dangerous and deadly women, whether they are historical figures, real life personalities, fictional characters, or even concepts of your own creation. They can be well known, lesser known, or entirely imagined ideas, let your creativity run wild! It is the kick off the spooky season, so the deadlier the better!

Important Dates
Show Dates: October 2nd and 3rd
-Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, September 26th, one week prior to the show

If you wish to perform in this show, you must be a current student of Ancient City Aerial Arts and submit your act proposal by June 30th. Please provide the following details in your submission:
- Type of act (solo, duet, trio, or group)
- Song
- Apparatus or apparatuses
- Potential costuming
- As many details as possible about your concept

Acts will be selected and approved during the first week of July.

We are also accepting submissions for Sideshow Acts to be performed during rigging changes between the main acts. These will be short 2-minute, non-aerial performances, and both current students and non-students are welcome to apply. For Sideshow submissions, please stay within the theme of the show and provide as much detail as possible regarding your act and concept.
