Workout of the Week 💪 Bulgarian Split Squats

Build strength, balance, and serious leg power with this burner 🔥

How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand a few feet in front of a bench or box
2️⃣ Place your back foot on the bench (laces down)
3️⃣ Keep chest tall and core tight
4️⃣ Lower your back knee toward the floor
5️⃣ Drive through your front heel to stand back up

🎯 Focus: control the movement + keep your front knee tracking over your toes

Try 3–4 sets of 8–12 reps each leg

Save this for your next leg day & tag us when you try it 👊

New air conditioning unit being installed today. Big thanks to AC Designs for fantastic fast service. Called Friday evening installed Tuesday morning. New unit cools much better than the old one we are very pleased and they were over $3000 less than the company we had been using that said it would be two to three weeks to get a new install.
