With our anticipated opening in October 2026, we’re putting the finishing touches on the marina and getting everything ready to welcome our first guests. We’re incredibly excited to see this beautiful waterfront destination come to life.

⚓ Sebastian Harbor Marina- St Augustine

Progress Update | Video #4 ⚓

Another major milestone is complete! 🎉 This week, Zeke Williams Welding and Hayward Marine Construction successfully repositioned one of the marina’s main dock sections to create additional clearance from the seawall. This important improvement will help the floating dock system perform safely during high tides and storm surge while also preparing several slips to better accommodate larger catamarans. Every step of this restoration is focused on building a marina that’s safe, resilient, and ready to serve boaters for years to come. 🚤🌊

As a bonus, John captured one of the marina’s newest little residents on camera! 🐢💙 The basin is already home to an abundance of juvenile sea turtles, a wonderful reminder of the healthy marine environment that surrounds Sebastian Harbor Marina.
