I've been teaching for about 4 years and tonight's class is one that I will never forget. We had 3 new friends which I love, everyone had a good time and we witnessed transformation. The internal transformation that we believe is so important and the heart of REFIT Revolution. Four of my friends who had never come up front before despite my gentle nudges DID it. It was amazing. To me it demonstrated trust, courage and letting go of all the voices that get in our head. Even if it was just for 3 minutes, I know that feeling will live inside them forever. ❤️ I'm so proud of you all. Onika Carrasquillo
