Sitting at church recently, looked down and saw a little nugget of muscle on her arm, she was stoked. This is literally one of my favorite things people come to me and get excited about. 💕💪🏾 Two days a week, just two hours just for YOU. Consistency is key but loving the environment makes it fun. I’m so proud of all the awesome things Mickey has learned, from negatives on ring rows, to knee raises on rig and today 😄😃😀💪🏾🙌🏽😊
