Mind Over Matter I have a passion to help individuals with reaching their nutrition and fitness goals! My goal as a trainer is to be the most motivating and inspiring person.

My name is Jonna Breitwieser and I recently started personal training out of our home. I have the opportunity to stay at home with my little girl and help people reach their fitness and nutrition goals. As a personal trainer, I want my clients to get more than just a good workout. This 10-week contest is open to all fitness levels. The contest begins on August 23rd at 5:30 pm. Each participant MUST weigh in that day!
Cost is $160 for 10 weeks (no refunds) Prizes will be awarded based upon the total percentage of body weight lost during the challenge. In the event of a tie, a winner will be determined by the total number of weigh ins recorded; then by the total number of pounds lost.
Special Information:
• Participants can come to any monthly classes offered at no additional cost… But please make sure you attend the private Biggest Loser Class. In an event, you are unable to attend a Tuesday…we can discuss a special training for the week to get you back on track for that week!
• Weekly Nutrition Goals will be made for each participant based upon their wants/needs for the week!
• Weekly Food Logs are a MUST. I will provide Weekly Diet plans with three healthy meals and two snacks a day for a total of around 1500 calories per day.
• I will only accept 10 participants so we can all focus together as a group and hold each accountable!
• Cash is due on the first weigh in!
• This is STRICTLY a friendly competition and I encourage EVERYONE to relax and enjoy the experience and help everyone reach their nutrition and fitness goals!
