Jason and I work so hard to provide a gym facility that offers great equipment, a clean environment, friendly staff, tanning and our infrared sauna that has red light therapy, to our community but struggle because we can’t compete with corporate rates. 2026 Spinathon was a success! With that being said, this Mondays classes are changing up. I will be teaching from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, a restorative stretch and yoga class! See you then!
