Awesome day at Battle of Champions Tournament today . Thank you to WVFAA for hosting a very fair and well ran tournament. Shoshin Kai was well represented and won the award for most students! St. Albans dojo had a great day proud of you all !!

Congratulations to everyone who tested today. It was a great day with Karate family. Everyone did a great job! Set goals and work towards them, even if you fall a little short you’re still ahead of the game 👊. Class Monday at 6pm, bring a friend. Proud of all of you !
