Hello AYSO 153 families,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share that one of our beloved coaches, Justin Carroll, was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident. His injuries are significant and will prevent him from returning to work until March 2026. As the sole provider for his wife and two children, this unexpected loss of income will make his long recovery especially challenging.

Justin has poured so much of himself into our AYSO community. He served as our Regional Commissioner from 2018–2021, and in 2024 he was voted Coach of the Year—a reflection of the impact he’s had on countless players and families. His dedication extends far beyond the soccer field; Justin also served our country for 21 years before retiring from the Air Force.
