As many of you know, I came down with Septic Pneumonia after my last two-week trip to work on horses in Las Vegas this last December. As such, I spent two weeks in the ICU recovering here in Tucson.

I want to clarify any questions or doubts that have been going around about my not working on horses anymore. I've since recovered and am back to work doing what I enjoy and what I'm good at and I highly recommend to those who have been speculating and spreading the word that I'm no longer doing this, that you please refrain from doing so.

I'm well trained, certified, insured and have been doing this work for 20+ years. I still charge a flat fee (no trip charge) for my work and don't anticipate that changing any time soon.

I keep busy, so much so that I do my best to keep up with my work and sometimes it takes longer than I'm comfortable with, but it is what it is.

Contrary to some rumors going around, I am not semi retired nor am I cutting back on my Bodywork with horses. I am coming into my 21st year in this field and plan to continue for many more years.

As with many rumors, this is a baseless rumor, so please feel free to ask me personally if you have any doubts or questions about my work status.

I'm starting the new year with a rate increase to help offset fuel and incidental expenses, which as we all know have risen exponentially.
