Check out my Virtual OPEN Karate Class schedule. I have added a new Open Karate Class that meets on Saturdays at 11am and is open to all ages four years old and up. Also if you want to preview my "Stretching with Sensei Oliver" there is a free video page on my website.

Check out my Virtual Class schedule. I have added a new Stretching class that also includes strengthening, conditioning, balance, coordination, breathing exercises as well as self-defense applications into a 30 minute session. The class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and is open to all ages.
