Join us for a special combined Senior Connect & Vet to Vet Lunch and Learn at the Saginaw YMCA!
On Thursday, June 25 at 3:30 PM, Tanner Derror from Michigan State University Extension will lead Brief Practices in Mindfulness, an engaging workshop designed to introduce practical mindfulness techniques that can be used in everyday life.
Participants will:
✔Experience a variety of mindfulness practices
✔Gain a better understanding of mindfulness and its benefits
✔Learn strategies for building a personal mindfulness practice
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply try something new, this session offers valuable tools in a welcoming and supportive environment.
