Between product issues, stock issues, warehouse issues, shipping costs, and lately dealing with a frustrated customer who crossed the line with threats and insults over delivery delays… that was kind of the last straw.

As a result, the Acrydis website has been offline for the past few days, at least until things calm down and go back to normal, and until I find — if I find — the motivation to keep doing this.

For over 7 years, I’ve tried to offer the best products and service possible for this hobby. Thousands of customers trusted Acrydis over the years. I created products that didn’t exist before for the GPK community, and everything came from passion first.

But being insulted and threatened was not supposed to be part of it.
