At the beginning of the season, this team set a goal: win a state championship. In Michigan, that’s never an easy task.

This morning our run ended in the state semifinals. Not the outcome we were hoping for, but couldn’t be more proud of the effort, commitment, and heart every player showed all season long.

Way to represent the Saginaw Jr. Spirit program. Rest up — spring tryouts start next week.

After battling through the playoffs and trimming the field from 11 teams down to 6, it’s officially win-or-go-home time in the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League Championship Weekend!
