A few schedule changes are coming to Onyx starting Monday, 8/24! 🖤

As our kids program continues to grow, we’re splitting classes so we can give each group the coaching, structure, and mat time they need.

🥋 ONYX MINIS | 4:15–5:00 PM
Ages 3–6 + beginners
Placement may vary based on experience & coach discretion.

🥋 ONYX KIDS | 5:15–6:00 PM
Ages 7+ (unless we have talked to you and told you otherwise 😉)

🖤 WOMEN’S FOUNDATIONS | 5:15–6:00 PM
Running alongside Onyx Kids! A beginner-friendly class focused on the basic concepts and foundations of Jiu Jitsu.

Hi Onyx parents! 🖤🥋 We have an exciting update to our class schedule!

With our kids program continuing to grow, we’re officially splitting into two classes so we can give each child more focused, age-appropriate instruction:

STARTING MONDAY 8/24 ⬇️⬇️
ONYX MINIS | 4:15–5:00 PM
Recommended for ages 3–6

ONYX KIDS | 5:15–6:00 PM
Recommended for ages 6+

These are recommended age ranges, not strict cutoffs. Coaches will help determine the best class for each child based on their age, maturity, experience and readiness.

WOMEN’S JIU JITSU | 5:15–6:00 PM
Our Women’s class isn’t going anywhere! 🫶 It will now run alongside Onyx Kids, with the mat divided between the two classes.

We’re so excited about how much our programs are growing and think this new schedule will give everyone a better training experience. 🖤
